MYDAILYFIAT - A parish apostolate

“Formare”

The word formation comes from the word FORMARE which a comes from italian infinitive which means "to form," "to shape," or "to make”. It could also mean to train and educate. The word "formation" could also be attributed to a physical arrangement, structural development, or a creation of something.

Our life is a constant invite to be formed and forged after His divine will. Our life, after all is a mission, a call to order and to heavenly purpose. Through all circumstances and challenges, joys and sorrows, He asks of us to fully trust in Him and in His Divine Mercy.

To do so - is to live with the child-like faith and confidence, in full surrender and all in humility. To be formed with a heart like His - is to answer with a humble “fiat” or yes to what His Mother beckons of us - that is - “Do whatever He tells you”. This is what brings us to the inspirations behind MYDAILYFIAT.COM

In the height of the pandemic, R.O.L.P as parish has been able to transcend physical limitations and age by using available technology to reach out to parishioners especially during the height of the pandemic. Closing our physical churches then did not prevent us from opening “churches” within our hearts and homes. We have been able to conduct several online retreats and recollections which include the popular series from the Marian Helpers - 54 Days Rosary Novena, 33 Days to Morning Glory, 33 Days to Merciful Love, 30 Day Consecration to St Joseph, 30 Days to Greater Glory and latest of which is the 30 Day to Eucharistic Revival. From these endeavors, we have had since then regular “Rosary Nights” via zoom every single week- with a staple community of prayer warriors. Another spiritual fruit resulting from this inspiration is a large repository of prayers and materials that we have continued to share to our online community on a daily basis. We realize that we have received many answered prayers from the many monthly novenas and intentions we have shared with each other as well. Not only has this initiative benefited ROLP parishioners but it has also opened doors to include other parish communities from the Philippines and other countries as well.

This is the moving inspiration. Let us continue to be formed in Christ. God the Father gave us His only Son. His beloved Mother points us to Him. St. Joseph directs us toward His Son. The Holy Spirit leads us to Him.

Exitus Reditus. Everything begins with God and everything returns to God.

Say yes to grace.

No sin is personal- every personal sin affects all of mankind. But it is also said that "where sin abounds, grace abounds even more".

The final spiritual battleground is said to be- between marriage and family.

Let us remember to cherish our Catholic faith. To more of know about it - will enable us to love it much more. Let us keep close to the sacraments and make good use of these graces gifted to us by the mercy of our Lord. We invite you to stay close to the Eucharist.

Allow mydailyfiat.com to be your daily companion and guide. More than that, may it also serve as an added spiritual armor and shield as we traverse through life with our families and our communities.
